Tuition fees are not payable for third and subsequent siblings in Years K-12.
Conditions and Notes
- Tuition fees are invoiced and payable at the commencement of the Calendar year. Families can make a written election to pay in fortnightly and weekly instalments to ensure the fees are paid on a regular basis and are finalised by year end.
- Tuition fees are all inclusive, with the exception of Overnight Camps and some Excursions which are billed separately.
- Tax Deductible Donations to the School’s Building Fund and Library Fund are invited and much appreciated.
- Payment options for fortnightly and weekly instalments are: Direct Deposit, Direct Debit or Centrepay; please complete and return an Instalment Election Form to indicate your payment method.
- An administration fee of $33.00 (incl. GST) per month will be charged on overdue accounts unless a formal written payment plan with the School is in place.
- A dishonour fee of $22.00 (incl. GST) will be charged to your account per dishonoured payment.
- The replacement cost of damaged or unreturned library books or other School resources will be charged to your account.
- In the event that fees are not paid and legal proceedings are deemed necessary by the School to recover outstanding fees, all recovery costs incurred will be charged to your account.
- If a student is withdrawn from the School, one term’s written notice to the Principal is required. Failure to provide a full term’s notice will result in one term’s fees being charged in-lieu of notice.
- The School normally gives a term’s notice for any tuition fee variations, but reserves the right to alter these fees and other charges without prior notice, and to charge additional fees not listed in this schedule on rare occasions.
