Building Community Together
Children love books and storytelling so it is no surprise that our Under 5's StoryTime mornings have been so popular over the years. They are a wonderful time for young minds to burst with imagination and for children to engage in new types of play.
We stimulate them mentally, physically and socially as part of their preparation of becoming a future Kindergarten student. Meanwhile, the parents enjoy the day at a different pace with great coffee and welcoming friends.
Make New Friends
Start the morning with a barista coffee from Valley Connect Café and get to know other parents whilst your children are playing and learning. This is a lovely time for the young ones to foster friendships which could continue throughout their school life.
Structured Play
The room is full of laughter and fun as little growing minds are stimulated by a variety of play stations which promote individual engagement, development of fine motor skills and exploring new ideas.
Story And Song
The young audience is captivated by the enthusiasm of our storyteller followed by a joyful singalong session and a craft activity based on the book of the day. We wrap up the morning with more play time and the Goodbye Song.

Under 5's StoryTime is all about connecting families from across the Clarence Valley. It is our gift to you. We meet at Pacific Valley every second Monday during term. The fun starts at 8.30am and admission is free.
